Advance Mechanical, Inc. of Greeneville, NC is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Installer / Installation Technician to support our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials. This position maintains project labor hours within acceptable limits and requests change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs. This position has a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm with on-call rotation and earns a competitive $18.00 - $20.00/hr with gas piping experience, $18.00/hr without, and bonuses/commission for both. • Leadership experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to interpret drawings and plans
