The Goddard School in the Highlands is currently seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator for our Infant (6 weeks to 12 months) classroom. This is a full-time position Infant Supervisor position in our Infant classroom.

We have three teachers in each of our classrooms, so this is a co-teaching position, working with two other teachers and eight students. We truly value this three-teacher model as it allows our teachers the flexibility to plan their own breaks and lunches. It also allows our faculty to have time out of the classroom to work on lesson planning or even just go to the restroom when they need to. Having three consistent teachers in the classroom creates consistency for our students and flexibility for our faculty.

• Paid lesson planning time during school hours
• We conduct 90 day and annual reviews with all faculty members. This is a way to provide two-way feedback about employee performance as well as give feedback on the school operations.
• Paid training hours and opportunities for continuing education, including admission to the annual Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Convention (RMECC)
