THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a talented Lead Network Chargeback Analyst whose position is responsible for assisting with resolution of escalated problems and issues for exception transaction analysis and processing.

Primary duties include reconciling inbound and outbound network disputes through approximately 20 network dispute systems.

This is an in office position located at: 4950 Amon Carter Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -6pm CT

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• Provides support for settlement research and resolution of discrepancies related to reconciliation of networks.

• Analyze results, summarize and provide final resolution recommendation regarding settlement for Management.

• Assist with resolution and research regarding network disputes, fees, settlements, and interacts with Dispute Resolution Center in resolution of problems and issues.

• Interacts with networks and credit unions to research and resolve escalated adjustment issues.

• Assist with reconciling account-based network corrections.

• Participates in the development and implementation of new reconciliation systems relating to network settlement.

• Analyze network exception reports and complete reconciliation, ensuring compliance with rules and timelines.

• Analyze Auto Reconciliation reports and complete work as needed.

• Process inbound requests related to network reconciliation for credit union clients within designated timeframes.

• Document processes in ticket management system for inbound and outbound exceptions.

• Assist in providing management of issues that may affect credit unions or settlement.

• Must react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Working knowledge of business, accounting and reconciliation concepts, internal monetary flows and account transaction processes and network settlement.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy in a multi task environment.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

• MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to learn and use new applications.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy are required to perform tasks efficiently in high volume situations with tight deadlines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2-3 years internal experience as an ATM/Debit Dispute Analyst II or four years related network reconciliation experience in a network environment working with several dispute systems required.

• Two years previous customer related contact required.
