Ibotta is seeking an Ibotta Care Agent Lead (ICAL) to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The accuracy, efficiency, critical thinking and personal attention our Care Team gives to every user has been a key component in the success of our company. This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must live in the United States. The work schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MT.

What you will be doing:
  • Act as a subject matter expert on one or more Ibotta Care workstreams by answer agent questions accurately and efficiently in chat and directing agents towards appropriate (IKBs, Trackers, etc..) resources
  • Provide real time Chat support for a large group of Ibotta Agents on escalations or complex tickets
  • Work alongside leadership on audits, trend tracking, special projects and deep dives into areas where Savers are having a less than stellar experience
  • Help escalate trending issues to the Live Team via the IC Live Comm Slack channel.
  • Be point of contact on Trending Issues that have been escalated
  • Provide end of shift reports to Supervisors
  • Monitoring and editing the relevant Trending Issues Tracker(s) for your workgroup and posting your findings in your teamwork room
  • Work tickets in playmode, from your respective workflow bucket.
  • ICAL will escalate all Trending Issues and questions that require additional assistance to a Supervisor On Duty
  • ICAL will provide a Shift Report at the end of each shift and post in the team rooms for both the Coordinating Supervisor as well as the next shift of ICALs
  • Responsible for training and guiding new ICALs that have recently joined the team.
  • Maintain friendly and professional communication with ALL IC Team members. Promote a positive work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
  • At least 3 months experience as a Care Agent Lead (ICAL)
  • Ability and expertise in working remotely
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently without supervision
  • Fast, organized, and detail oriented
  • “Can do” attitude with a drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuine love for helping Agents learn and succeed
  • Technologically savvy, with a knowledge of Android and Apple
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet with strong problem-solving skills

Additional Details:
  • This is a full-time remote position and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
  • Compensation:
    • $16.40(CPG) $16.65 (RA/Trust/Socials)/hour for Colorado based employees.
    • $15.27(CPG) $15.50 (RA/Trust/Socials)/hour for Georgia, Iowa and Nevada based employees.
