Who are we looking for

As our Lead Engineer, will work closely with functional technical analysts to ensure testing requirements are clearly understood and resolve any conflicts. You will provide guidance and support for team members including offshore staff members.

Develops partnerships and works closely with team members to understand functional design within SEC Capability Program.

• Work closely with functional tech analysts to ensure testing requirements are clearly understood and resolve any conflicts.
• Participates in program increment planning to create and maintain stories within an agile framework.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and continuous testing.
• Experience driving and delivering test automation
• Experience of testing on SAP S/4 HANA system and business processes including O2C, P2P, GL Accounting

What you bring

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organizational skills, including the ability to organize and present project plans to customers, prioritize workload, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• 7 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering
• Hands-on experience with Python/Java/Pandas/Javascript/HTML/SAP/Web technologies
• Deep understanding of performance test principles, processes, and implementations
• Design Performance test scenarios for executing load tests - Peak, Endurance, and Stress Tests
• Extensive experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner, Neoload, Silk Performer using the web, and SAP GUI protocols.
• Experience working matrix environment high desired
