Sr. Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Coordinators will keep record and track employee training participation and progress. Assist in other administrative and budgeting task associated with training programs. Coordinates and track participant inside training activities. Will coordinate and administer skill competency assessments, training course survey evaluations, career development courses, new hire courses and other specialized training or development programs for employees.
The Senior Coordinator will also:

• Organize and schedule required training programs.
• Maintain training records (e.g. training participant lists, schedules, and attendance sheets).
• Prepare onsite/virtual classrooms and make sure they are properly set up.
• Prepare reports on virtual classroom training activities.
• Update training calendars with all upcoming training events.
• Assist with class enrollment via Learning Management System.
• Serve as Virtual Producer during live training sessions; assisting the facilitator with interactive activities and moderation, provides detailed instructions to participants on using available interactivity tools, and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise.

The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience of working as a training coordinator/administrator, HR Assistant, or other relevant position.
• 2+ years’ experience with MS Office and Learning Management System (LMS).
• 2 + years’ experience with online meeting and collaboration tools, such as WebEx, Microsoft Office Team, Zoom etc.

• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting in front of small or large groups of varying levels, ages, and skillsets.
• Demonstrated ability to learn fast on a job and willingness to learn complex, technical systems.
• Excellent/professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Strong Communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross functionally across teams.

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in adult education, training, business communication, database management or related field is strongly preferred
