V2X Professional Services is seeking full-time, hourly,Learning and Development Administrative Specialists in our key location of Tucson, AZ. This position works in close coordination with the Training Support Services Manager and Program Deployment Manager to support planning and execution of all learning program aspects including learning program implementation, student and instructor support, budget monitoring and reporting, schedule, deliverables, and logistics for training events across the country (both Virtual and on-site). The person who fills this position must be a critical thinker, a self-starter, possess excellent customer service and time management skills, and can work within a geographically dispersed matrixed organization.

This position is on-site.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with customers, vendors, and team members to develop requirements and execution plans to meet overall program needs within planned budget guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide logistical support for training events including scheduling, onsite or virtual classroom setup, planning and operation of these events.
  • Support meetings and virtual classes/events using virtual delivery tools such as Zoom or WebEx.
  • Manage shared site content with program related data, instructional, financial, and operational documentation.
  • Prepare program reports, metrics, and overall status updates in a variety of formats.
  • Extensive use of Learning Management System (LMS) and other supporting systems to schedule courses, classes and events, update enrollments and completions, and generate reports.
  • Schedule vendor resources, create purchase requests, and verify/process invoices.
  • Prepare and process monthly billing.

Required:

  • Five years’ experience in a professional environment to include working one-on-one with customers (internal or external)
  • Intermediate skills with the MSFT Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and AdobePro
  • Some work outside of normal business hours and on weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Desired:

  • Experience with SharePoint or other shared drive applications
  • Familiarity with event management tools
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems administration
  • Experience in the learning industry
  • Project coordination experience
  • Experience creating online surveys and/or use of other virtual engagement tools.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools for tracking deliverables (i.e., Service Now)

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
