Gulf Coast Property Management (GCPM) assists property owners and investors with the business of renting their rental homes. We bridge the gap between property owners, residents, and guests by providing professional marketing, leasing, and management services on their behalf. We are passionate about what we do and about expanding our customer base.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Leasing Agent. Real estate professionals seeking to combine a stable income with the opportunity to earn more through productivity will thrive in our rental department. We are a small team, and we need people who possess the drive to help us succeed and grow.

What does this role require to be successful?

• Marketing properties through various online channels
• Coordination showings
• Meeting with and showing properties to prospective tenants
• Providing showing feedback to property owners
• Making property recommendations to property owners

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• FL Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
