Oak Leaf Management is looking for a Full Time Leasing agent for our Lake Jackson Tx, 77566 location.

The Leasing agent we are looking for should possess the following qualities but not limited too:
- Excellent communication and CS skills
- Self-Starter
- Outstanding sales and Closing skills
- Traffic Generator
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Have Marketing know how!
Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:
- Answer and make phone calls to prospects and tenants
- Coordinate marketing efforts to attract motivated prospects
- Schedule and show the property
- Assist with on-site marketing efforts when need be
- Putting together Leases for new tenant’s and renewals
- Help in coordinate move ins & move outs
