Leasing Manager

RENU Property Management LLC Buys, Renovates, and Manages homes for Corporate Investors across the US. We are looking for a Leasing Manager to help manage property needs across our US markets.

Responsibilities will entail:

● Complete Final Marketing Review of all properties

● Onboard new “Tenants in Place”

● Oversee a team of Leasing Assistants

● Engage and follow up with all Prospects

● Review and manage all showing feedback

● Manage and review all applications

● Manage all property listings.

● Review and complete all move-ins

● Complete weekly Organic Owner updates

● Monitor and update Asset Management reports

● Monitor and complete Exception Reports

● Attend all meetings as scheduled by management

● Utilize Google Workspace, Appfolio, Findings, Rently, Slack, Quickbase, and other online applications as needed

● Adhere to Leasing Manager performance metrics set forth by RENU Management. These metrics will be available upon interview.

● Perform any job functions required by RENU Management.

● Adhere to RENU Management’s Work from Home Policy which enforces a friendly and productive work environment.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in business or demonstrated equivalent industry experience is preferred.

● Minimum of 3-5 years of property management/leasing experience is desired; management experience is a preferred.

● Proficiency in MS Office, along with PC skills, is required.

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.

● Ability to execute tasks independently. Must be self-motivated.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.

● Excellent organization and time management skills.

● Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental pay types:

● Bonus pay

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
