As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing leasing operations for multiple properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing marketing websites and social media channels to promote our properties and increase visibility and engagement with prospective tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee leasing operations for multiple properties, including leasing, renewals, and move-outs
• Develop and execute effective leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on local trends and competition
• Work closely with the property management team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
• Conduct property tours and host open houses to attract prospective tenants
• Manage and maintain accurate leasing and occupancy records
• Coordinate with maintenance and other teams to ensure properties are in top condition
• Manage marketing websites and social media channels to promote properties and increase visibility and engagement with prospective tenants
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and leads to our properties
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of any issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, preferably in a multisite portfolio
• Strong knowledge of leasing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies
• Experience with property management software and other related tools
• Experience managing marketing websites and social media channels
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
