Our firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to our attorneys, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing client files. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Prepare legal research and analysis of legal documents.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation.
- Maintain client files and other records.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case.
- Organize and manage documents for court proceedings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
