Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients for insurance needs.
- Gather necessary information in order to build a customized proposal.
- Quote and compare insurance options using our world class rating system that compares the industries top insurance companies.
- Present, consult, and sell customized insurance proposals.
- Educate clients on different insurance options and policies to find a solution to meet their insurance needs.
- Handle policy reviews with existing clients to review current insurance policies and cross sell additional lines of business.
- Assign post-sales tasks including: sending and retrieving insurance applications, sending policy documents to clients, updating mortgage, etc. to the service team.
Professional Skills Desired
- Proficient with a computer, you will be on it most of the day. (Microsoft, email, Excel, etc.)
- Be amazing on the phone, your job is to make people like you!
- Must have a killer sales mentality
- Must be able to type fast, no hunt and peck please!
- Very organized and able to follow instructions
- Be a problem solver who thinks outside the box
- Must have common sense, very important!
- Patient, respectful, trustworthy, friendly, articulate, honest and ethical
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Must have the willingness to learn on a daily basis.
- Must be coachable

Schedule
- Full time
- Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Training
No experience is required. We provide robust and ongoing training not just to our new hires, but to each and every team member throughout his or her career.

- Must possess a Property and Casualty Insurance License at time of hire.
