We are a growing agency selling Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance Products. Looking for a Full Time Licensed Insurance Producer.

BASE PAY IS DETERMINED BY INTERVIEW, BACKGROUND, and EXPERIENCE.

Must currently have NJ Property & Casualty OR Health and Life Insurance License.

We are looking for an energetic applicant to be the front line of our agency.

• Weekly day range: Monday to Friday (Flexible Schedule)
• Education:High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Associates Degree (Preferred)
• Experience: 3 years Insurance Sales

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required
• NJ Insurance Licensed for Life, Health, Property & Casualty (We can help you get fully licensed)
• Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
• PC skills (Familiarity with Google Suite a Plus)
• Possess a willingness to learn
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals
You will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community

The duties include selling new personal and commercial lines products, as well as, servicing existing clients in office:

- Service existing customers and assist with processing new insurance applications
- Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
- Execute, plan and implement office processes
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies
- Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
