We are looking to hire an exceptional person to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized activity plans in a 16-bed memory care facility in Veneta, Oregon. Veneta is just a short 15-20 minute drive from west Eugene.
Job Details:
- This position will average at least 30 hours a week with some scheduling flexibility.
- A minimum of 24 hours a week will be dedicated to implementing the activities program.
- The successful candidate will also be cross-trained to perform caregiver duties.
