Full-time summer position lasting 10 weeks
Dates: June 12 – August 18, Monday – Friday
Hours: Approximately 8:15 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Salary: $6,500 - $7,000
Salaries vary based on position and previous experience.
Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Transportation: Staff ride the bus to and from camp each day with their campers.

Lifeguards & Swim Instructors are responsible for teaching swim skills during structured lesson time and for lifeguarding during free swim periods. Together, 4 – 6 lifeguards/swim instructors work as a swim staff team to ensure the safety of campers of all ages and abilities at the pool. The swim program at camp focuses on building confidence and comfort-level in the water through patient, compassionate instruction.
Applicants must be college-aged or older. Certain positions may require specific certifications.
Applicants fill out an online application and attend a Group Interview. Select applicants are invited to return for an Individual Interview with a Director.
