We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Norwood, MA.

The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified.
Lifeguards and all staff: Customer Service:
- Maintain a safe pool environment
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers
- Communicate effectively with all staff and members
- Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
- Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
- Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- Lifeguard: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Lifeguard Certification (Preferred)
