We are seeking a highly motivated, quick to learn and detail oriented individual to fill the role of Line Cook. The successful applicant will be able to work well in a fast-paced, high pressure, back-of-house environment. They will take direction well and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience is not necessarily required but is always a benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic line cooking duties and tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Kitchen Manager
- Prepare food according to recipes and S.O.P
- Complete prep tasks
- Prepare hot foods in the grill area.
- Restock food and supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain kitchen area to company standards
- Adhere to uniform and attendance policy.
