Job Description-

-Setup and maintain preparation of food in various cooking stations in accordance with all quality standards of control and food safety and sanitation guidelines. Setup and maintain smallware and dish sanitation throughout service, in accordance with all quality standards of control and food safety and sanitation guidelines.

-Maintain cleanliness of stock and storage rooms and items.

-Maintain high standards of quality in food production and follow all recipes and specification sheets for plate ups of food items.

-Communicate with fellow team members during service on needs for guest items and ensure that all items leave the kitchen in a timely and efficient manner.

Line Cook Requirements

-Must be able to move around, move up to 50 lbs, withstand repetitive motion and be on your feet for a long stretch of time.
