Enterprise Service Line Leader in Heart and Vascular Services at Jefferson Health

We are currently accepting candidates for an Enterprise Service Line Leader in Heart and Vascular Services. The Administrative Service Line Leader will be responsible for leading efforts to standardized care in order to optimize service delivery across the enterprise. Working in a matrixed environment, this individual will lead efforts to improve clinical effectiveness and operational efficiency while maintaining essential patient quality standards. This leader is responsible for enterprise profitability, including direct P&L responsibility, and will have primary responsibility to grow market share, increase patient revenue, optimize patient mix and improve overall patient access.
