Will Contests, Guardianships, and settling disputes between heirs and executors; It's What We Do. You will work with Attorney Glen Ridenour, who has successfully argued several Orphans' Court appeals before the Supreme Court and is recognized as one of the top Estates Litigation attorneys in the area. You will be supported by our probate and estate planning departments and work on a variety of cases in front of courts throughout PA and NJ. Each day will provide a new and interesting issue to address.

We are searching for a Litigation Associate with 4-5+ years of experience, and your job will be to represent clients in the PA Orphans Court and NJ Surrogate Court. The issues will be varied but will often include Will Contests, guardianships, accountings, settling disputes about estate division, and disputes over who will serve as Administrator.

You will need a PA and NJ license and an interest to focus on litigation. You will appear regularly in court and have daily client contact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own set of files.
• Work with the Department Head on joint cases.
• Court appearances.
• Take potential client phone interviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
