Job Purpose or Objective(s): Supports the application process for Home Finance Services to assist Tribal members and Native American families achieve homeownership. You will report to the Home Finance Director.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will intake and input all incoming applications and ensure completeness of application and supporting documents

2. Manage office activities for Loan Officers, Assistant Director, and Director.

3. Organize and expedite flow of work from receipt of application to disbursement to loan officers.

4. Maintain confidential files and records.

5. You will verify all submitted information on the application is accurate and correct.

6. Prepare monthly reports for Assistant Director and Director

7. Greet guests and answer all incoming calls.

8. Develop a good working relationship with applicants.

9. Correspond frequently with applicants, both verbally and written.

10. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Two years of administrative office experience
