About the role:

Junior Trade Services Specialist/Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for processing both administrative tasks for the bank's Standby, Commercial Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections Portfolios and for the Commercial Real Estate and Middle Market Loan Portfolios.

Duties and responsibilities of the job include the following (but is not limited too):

• Candidate will be trained in the function of Trades Services Operation support including issuance of Standby, Commercial Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections processes.
• Candidate will be trained in the function of Loan Servicing support including processing of fed wires, loan payments, loan advances and payment of invoices.
• Opportunity for growth candidate to train on the set up of both simple loans, review of documentation and input of data into our CORE loan system.
• Projects and other job-related duties as may be assigned.
• Candidate must be able to work independently.

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:

• 1 -2 years of post academic experience at a financial services firm or bank is strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree is preferred.
• Commercial loan knowledge is a plus including servicing
• Trade Services support knowledge is a plus including URC 522, UCP 600 and ISP98
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Excel

Potential Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
