What you will do
- Works in a fast paced, team-oriented environment that partners closely with other internal stakeholders to drive culture of customer excellence and operational efficiency.
- Act as primary interface between Hub team members to support fulfillment of daily Loaner needs for surgery demand.
- Effectively communicate to stakeholder’s order status and drive oversight of order fulfillment process enabling high level of order service level. Determine root cause and corrective action in case of order problems.
- Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
- Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if order request volume and/or workload require additional time.
- Keep records of field operations interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Ensures that appropriate and accurate input has been entered into ERP system such that proper documentation for loaner kit movement (pick lists & packing lists) is generated.
- Communicate Loaner backorders in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Relies on sound judgment to make decisions.
- Administrative support within the department as directed.
- Any other tasks or assignments assigned by the Department Manager.
What you need
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- 3+ years of customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience required
