Logistics / Materials Specialist Job at APA Solar
This position supports the Logistic Manager to ensure product is shipped from a specific point to a customer or specific job site.
- Tracking and reviewing purchase orders, invoices, shipment status, and delivery route activity
- Responsible for ensuring best price and delivery methods of materials
- Responds immediately to customer or internal department questions and complaints and notifies them of any delays in the delivery schedule
- Ensures all required documentation is created, filed and retained for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Track and analyze mis-shipments to ensure they don’t occur again
- Ability to use Excel
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer service oriented
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
