Our company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our well-established clinic team. The right candidate will have at least one year of experience in the medical-surgical setting, be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate a strong interest in working with patients of all ages. Our staff is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and we're looking for a dedicated individual who can do the same.

Responsibilities:

• Apply and maintain knowledge of nursing principles in areas such as health, wellness, and prevention of illness.
• Provide quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of health needs and problems.
• Respond to requests for assistance from physicians and other staff members and patients in a timely manner.
• Record vital signs, health conditions, medications, and other important patient information.
• Follow policies and procedures and state laws governing nursing care in an area of expertise.
• Monitor quality of nursing care; establish and review individualized care plans for each patient in order to meet the patient's goals.
• Be knowledgeable about community services and local resources for assisting patients.
• Work as part of a team.
• Deal effectively with difficult patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
