Traveler’s permanent residence must be 100 miles or > from the hospital’s service area.
General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs.
Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there is a decrease in census.
- Shift: Days - 8:00am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday; No weekends
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Overtime Type: By The Week
- Overtime Starts After: 48
- Overtime Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $10
- On Call Rate: $7 per hour pager
- Call Back Minimum (Hrs): 2 Hour Minimum
- Call Back Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $10
- Holiday Rate: All Inclusive Rate + $10
- Minimum Years of Experience: 3
- EMR Used: EPIC
