We are currently seeking dedicated LPNs to join our vibrant team and deliver exceptional care in various skilled nursing facilities in Pittsburg, Pa and surrounding areas. This position is for per diem, local contracts and block scheduling. Make your own schedule for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of travel/Compact preferred
• Minimum of 6 months experience in skilled nursing settings
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered care
• CPR/BLS certification
• Updated Immunizations (including Covid-19 vacs)
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to onboard quickly
