The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to clients in an assisted living in accordance with the established plan of care and agency policies and procedures, under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse.

• Part- Time positions available
• SHIFTS- 7am-3:30pm; 9am-5:30pm
• 10 HOUR SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 7am-5:30pm
• Graduate of an approved LPN Program
• NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
• Current New York State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Must be able to manage the care of patients as ordered by the physician
• Must be pro active and take initiative when dealing with the patients
• Must provide quality and timely documentation after providing care
• One to two years’ experience in the provision of nursing care in an acute care facility, preferred. 1 year of home care experience desired
• Good organizational skills
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
