Description:

In the Stoughton facility they specifically manufacture sugar spheres that are sold to pharmaceutical companies. These companies then load their drugs into the spheres, and the spheres are molded together to create capsules. Quality and safety are the most important factors in their work.

Day to Day:

Follow strict SOPs under GMP regulations.

Rotate between 2 different rooms within the plant on a weekly basis so each employee gets a variety of work.

Each station requires monitoring and the process of creating "suglets" (little sugar spheres created by mixing sugar, starch, and water).

Performing simple calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division and documenting conditions at each step of the process.

Some daily tasks involving sugar include: weighing it, sampling, batching, and monitoring equipment that will produce products

They will be utilizing forklift to move product around the plant as well.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

High school diploma (RESUME)

1+ years of previous manufacturing exp. in a GMP environment

1+ years of experience following SOPs

Ability to lift 50lbs 10x/day - will be trained on lifting 300lb barrels

PREFERRED:

• GMP experience
• Forklift experience
