If you have experience working with hand tools, hand grinders, metal casting, molding, etc, you are a great candidate for this position. Our client is a busy manufacturing plant. They make various metal parts from start to finish. From making the molds, to melting and pouring the metal into molds, to finish grinding on completed parts removed from molds. There are several skills required for this position, but they will provide the training. There is a pay matrix in place, so you have the ability to increase your pay once you establish consistent expected performance in each skill set.
