GENERAL FUNCTION The Maintenance Tech II is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all Facility and Production equipment, which includes all automation-related equipment such as Hytrol and Intelligrated conveyors, automated packing and labeling equipment, and Sortation Equipment

. Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and required preventative maintenance on all Automated Production systems with an emphasis on Allen Bradley PLC systems and Industrial Controls.

• Identify and facilitate equipment improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime

. • Troubleshoots and diagnoses motors, controls, distributions systems, Allen Bradley PLC systems.

• Troubleshoot and maintain Hytrol and Intelligrated Conveyor, automated packing and labeling equipment, and Sortation Equipment.

• Supports Building maintenance repairs (Plumbing, Electrical , HVAC ) as needed

• Track maintenance work orders, inventory, purchase orders, facility inspections as required • Assist the maintenance team in the training and team development.

• Must be reliable in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods. • Must be available for weekend and after hours call in.

• Support, follow, and monitor all safety requirements / expectations • Maintain adherence to company policies.

Basic Qualifications

• 2 yr. Technical or trade school education or equivalent experience

• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience required

• Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and all maintenance procedures including mechanical, logic and fluid power diagrams.

• Allen Bradley PLC knowledge

• Must have knowledge of procedures and standards including Lock-Out/ Tag-Out.

• MSDS, PPE, OSHA Standards.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems/issue using root cause analysis. • Use of repetitive motion of hands and wrists as necessary

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
