Overview of the role

The Repairable Coordinator will manage all repairable equipment for on or offsite repairs. This role need to ensure the required availability and reliability of repaired equipment and to drive standardization where possible in a safe and effective manner.

Key Accountabilities

This includes the following key activities:

• Monitoring daily usage from warehouse, ensure that used core is returned to repairable yard.
• Determine the Scope of work for the repair needed.
• Work with warehouse and procurement to dispatch core to Vendor for evaluation and quotations.
• Complete evaluate of the repair vs replace economics and make recommendations.
• Authorise vendors to proceed with repairs as quoted.
• Verify vendor QA/QC programs and effectiveness.
• Manage the onsite QA/QC once equipment arrive back on site.
• Execute Preservation maintenance program

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Mechanical or Electrical Trade Back ground preferred.
• Working knowledge of business system (SAP,RIMS, Etc)
• Working computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• QA/QC Systems experience would be advantageous.
