MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Summary:

Responsible for leading maintenance systems at the facility

Responsibilities

· Conduct work, comply with and enforce all company, local, state, and federal Safety and Health Rules, equipment OEM procedures for safe operation and recognized governing groups; including champion for Federal, State and local regulations including LoTo, crane, confined space, fall protection, hazardous waste storage and hot work permit

· Direct all maintenance and fabrication activities.

· Develop, prepare and implement plans, specifications and cost estimates for repairs and improvement activities including capital expenditures

· Provide leadership for maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.

· Purchasing and maintaining accurate inventories and timely availability of spare parts.

· Assure the root cause of machine breakdowns is found and the resultant corrective actions are permanent.

· Responsible for planning, managing and enforcing the preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements:

Maintenance experience working for a Tier 1 automotive supplier.

· High School diploma; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

· 5-10 years in facility & maintenance role and 5 years of supervisory /managerial experience.

· Robotic Maintenance and PLC experience

· Required to demonstrate excellent English oral, written and presentation communication skills (bilingual is a plus).

· Good technical math and reading skills.

· Must have advanced computer skills, including SAP and MES.

· Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and machine logic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
