Position Overview

• Prepares surface and applies paint and coating to equipment, buildings and facilities according to general directions following established practices.
• With supervisory approval, repairs floors, walls, and ceilings using a variety of specialized materials before painting.
• Repairs minor problems with plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Helps other maintenance co-workers as needed.
• Performs other duties related to the essential duties of the position and within the individual’s capabilities as assigned by one’s supervisor.

Qualifications:

• HS/GED
• 2 years related work experience.
• Valid and Current Driver’s License.
