Operations Team Member Job Description:

• Responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered.
• Perform a wide range of repair tasks around offices: in Cobb County (Kenesaw), Gwinnett County (Suwanee & Norcross) and Clayton (College Park)
• Work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively.
• Self-motivated and willing to step in and help out wherever necessary.

• Duties and responsibilities:
• Cleaning offices.
• Able to complete work order forms
• Take directions.
• Be organized.
• Have the ability to effectively communicate with supervisor, manager and staff.
• Take on all tasks with a friendly “can-do” attitude.
• Perform all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Maintain all maintenance storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies. Perform maintenance inspections in the offices to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance are operating.
• Maintenance projects, i.e., preventive maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness of inside and outside of the offices.
• Recommends measures to improve methods of operations, performance, safety and quality of service.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.

• Qualifications include:
• Experience in general maintenance.
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred but not required
• Maintenance knowledge is imperative along with the capability to assess health and safety requirements.
• Ability and willingness to take direction and follow through as directed.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's License is required. Position requires traveling to different locations (Cobb, Clayton and Gwinnet counties) using a company vehicle.
