Job Description:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance, to ensure that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with production schedules and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
