Aerotek is hiring 2nd and 3rd shift multicraft maintenance technicians for an automotive production facility in Anna, OH.
Type of Hire:
- 6 month contract to direct hire
- During your first 6 months you will get benefits through Aerotek
Shift, Hours, and Pay:
- 2nd shift 3PM-11:30PM
- 3rd shift 11PM-7:30AM
- Monday-Friday
- 1 or 2 Saturday's a month based on production demand
- $30-34/hr with scheduled raises
- $5000 sign on bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be working with automotive production lines including conveyors & Fanuc robotics
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment
- Perform routine facility maintenance within the groups
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC related issues (Omron & Mitsubishi PLCs)
- All of the electrical maintenance runs up to 480v. Candidates are expected to troubleshoot basic electrical and be able to perform some minor wiring
Must Have Skills:
- Electrical – 480v troubleshooting and repair, 24v sensor & relay repair experience, PLC troubleshooting
- Mechanical – hydraulic and pneumatic repair and troubleshooting, chain driven conveyor repair, valves, pumps and motors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints & schematics
Nice to Have Skills:
- Automotive experience
- Welding
- Fanuc robotics
- PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to read ladder logic
