Available Shifts:

• 1st shift schedule - Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30pm
• 2nd shift schedule - Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• 3rd shift schedule - Sunday to Thursday 11:00pm to 7:30 am
• Pay starts at $19 and up to $36 per hour, depending on experience.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DETAILS:

• Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the maintenance team with performing general building maintenance duties throughout the distribution center.
• Will perform basic painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work.
• Maintain the property grounds both inside and outside.
• Safely constructs, installs, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment, machinery, structures, and electrical systems within the distribution center.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical Concepts w/ Certs a plus - recent Trade School, actual knowledge of electrical tools, and equipment, coupled with NEC 70E, LO/TO understanding, etc. Mechanical systems - concepts in Repair, Replace, Install Equipment and Troubleshoot knowledgeable
• Drawing Knowledge - Properly read Blueprints, Schematics, One-Line Drawings, etc.
• PLC/VFD understanding - Understanding parameters, input data, troubleshooting, reaching out to customer support.
• Mechanics (Power Industrial Truck) - forklift technicians, auto mechanics, rebuild equipment.
• Safety Awareness - OSHA, NFPA, Environmental, etc.
• Must at least have 2 years of industry related experience in building maintenance.
• Technical School Certification Preferred
• Experience in Mechanical/electrical/controls/networking troubleshooting.
• Strong electrical, mechanical and mathematical abilities.
