Valley Estates of Mabelvale is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician to help maintain our beautiful Apartment Community in Mabelvale, AR.

DUTIES
The Service Technician reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for carrying out all maintenance of the property. Including but not limited to all service requests, pool care, landscaping, grounds care, and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
- Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
