About the Role:
Report to our Production Operations Manager; the facilities specialist role oversees the SErvice Master office facility, including general maintenance, organization, inventory management, managing the input and output of housekeeping, and project operational activity.
You'll add value to this role by performing essential functions and routine tasks that occur daily, weekly, & monthly and should be scheduled to occur as part of a routine relative to the agreed frequency of tasks that include and are not limited to:

You'll add value to this role by performing essential functions and routine tasks that occur daily, weekly, & monthly and should be scheduled to occur as part of a routine relative to the agreed frequency of tasks that include and are not limited to:
- Keep inventory stocked and organized
- checking deliveries upon arrival
- Conduct daily audit f the VEhicle Fleet- (damages, gas, supplies, check condition, etc)
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules (oil changes, brakes, car wash, etc)
- Provide detailed cleaning to production equipment when needed.
- Keep all areas of the warehouse and office areas neat and free of clutter
- complete light handyman tasks (hanging pictures, assembling furniture, door hinge repair, etc)
- Help out with on-site customer service as needed
- fill in and support front-line positions due to call-outs, open positions, or added support
- Pick up supplies from distributors when needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of precious operations experience preferred but not required
- Must have ability to work in Excel spreadsheet
- must be able to multi-task
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS word & Excel
