A Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of a facility or business. Responsibilities as directed by the maintenance director. Tasks such as repairs, grounds up keeping, weeding, mowing, cleaning debris, seeding, fertilizing, planting.
*Expirence with lawn mowers & Power tools are a must*
- In-depth understanding of grounds maintenance and upkeep needs
- Ability to lift or move heavy equipment
- Clearing rubbish, weeds, brush and debris on a company’s grounds
- Cleaning the company’s grounds by removing rubbish and litter daily
- Ensuring the grounds are clean, safe and usable by guest and visitors
- Taking on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary
