Manager, Accounting Job at Technical Resources International, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day accounting operations
- Manages month end and year end close out process
- Oversees year end audit process and serves as point of contact for auditors
- Selects, develops and manages Accounting personnel
- Maintains Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations
- Identifies and evaluates opportunities to streamline processes while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Acts as liaison between Accounting and internal/external clients
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Ability to efficiently and effectively review accounting reports and perform financial analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Supervisory experience in A/R (A/P and P/R is also accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CostPoint
- Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
