Job Title: Email Marketing Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
This role will be responsible for overseeing email marketing activities for Dior.com fashion for the Americas’ client base. This will include leading relationships with the agency, Central CRM and Ecommerce teams, and the Americas corporate members. This person will partner with key members to drive strategy, manage planning, implement actions, and conduct analysis to optimize email marketing activities.
Profile
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CAMPAIGN PLANNING COORDINATION & CONSOLIDATION
- Liaise with central and local teams to gather and share needs for newsletters planning
- Gather and share local business needs with relevant teams (Ecommerce, Retail, Media)
- Map deadlines and follow-up with relevant teams to ensure timely email deployment
- Drive alignment meetings with central & local teams
CONTENT COORDINATION
- Coordinate email development with the agency: share briefs & contents, provide feedback, validate schedules and emails and set deadlines
- Anticipate creative developments into the planning and schedule
- Manage and facilitate copies and translations for campaigns
TARGET BUILDING, TESTING & DEPLOYMENT
- Plan client targeting and partner with the agency to build email audience into Adobe
- Test and validate targets, emails and other necessary information with central & local teams
- Schedule and deploy emails in partnership with the agency
ANALYTICS, REPORTS & KPIs
- Extract data from Adobe to conduct analysis post deployment
- Maintain a competitive benchmark tracking of e-newsletters by strategy and by category
- Consolidate relevant information for KPI dashboards
- Define and drive local AB test strategy
- Report on results and partner with Performance Marketing and Central teams to identify improvements for future

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Strong project management skills with ability to follow-through and prioritize (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written (strong interpersonal skills)
- Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate patience and work in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in email marketing
- Experience in HTML, Adobe Campaign and Google Analytics
- Experience in project management
- Experience presenting in large groups and developing presentation materials
- Experience working with data and running reports
- Knowledge of current best practices in the industry
- Possess creative sensibility and digital savviness
The role will be offered a salary within the range of $95,000 - $115,000 plus opportunity for bonus, eligibility to participate in the Company's comprehensive benefits plans, along with additional employees discounts and perks.
