The Manager, F&B Marketing leads day to day marketing initiatives for all retail popcorn products across retail, food service, and on-premise partnerships. With responsibility for retail packaging, strategic marketing messaging, promotions, and advertising, this position partners with Food and Beverage operations, logistics and distribution, and corporate growth initiatives to ensure AMC products are on shelves and purchased by consumers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage branding and marketing campaigns for AMC Perfectly Popcorn Ready to Eat and Microwave popcorn with internal and external partners from briefs through reporting/analysis
  • Manage promotional and marketing tactics to drive awareness and purchase intent including manufacturer coupons and promotion, retailer offers/incentives, trial and sampling, AMC owned and operated channels, and paid media
  • Manage compliance of product claims and specs across packaging, web, and operational support channels, assist co-manufacturers and co-packers to ready product
  • Partner with F&B Operations and vendor partners on product research and development, consumer insights, positioning, testing, and financial models designed to drive revenue
  • Develop and sustain subject matter expertise on ready to eat and microwave popcorn competitors, shoppers, and industry
  • Manage and reconcile marketing and media budgets
What we need from you:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience including at least one:
    • Consumer packaged goods branding/marketing
    • Client service/project management managing multiple partners and projects
  • Understanding of marketing principles including branding and promotion
  • Knowledge of consumer insights and testing methodology
  • Understanding of digital paid media and push platforms
  • Advanced written and oral communications skills, with practical experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Experience creating retail promotions designed to drive revenue
  • Merchandising, packaging, channel marketing experience
  • Proven ability to craft marketing briefs and plans
  • Exposure to budget/invoice/billing management
  • Experience with cost/benefit analysis to demonstrate ROI
  • Strategic planning experience
