Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Facility Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Facility Management department. In collaboration with the Director of Facility Management, the Manager of Facility Management is responsible for arranging maintenance schedules and projects, orchestrating personnel and contractors to complete building repairs and renovations, and maintaining inventory of infrastructure assets, maintenance tools, and supplies utilizing HCA Healthcare technology platforms. The Manager of Facility Management remains current and well-versed in federal and state regulatory code standards, and maintains the facility in a way that ensures the highest level of safety and compliance at all times.

• Facility Maintenance & Operations
• Regulatory Compliance
• Project Management
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.”

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education:

• Associate’s Degree in engineering-related field or trade/technical certification or license, 5+ years experience in facility management of which 3 years are in a supervisory role

Or

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering-related field with 3+ year experience in facility management
  
  

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a strongly related area or substantial engineering work experience that is equivalent.

Required Experience: Ten years of Technical and managerial experience in engineering or related field. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, internet and intranet software, email.

Preferred Experience: Database software, Computer Aided Design, 5 years as Director of Facilities/ Construction in a hospital.
