About the role: The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, will help lead the FP&A function at GoHealth. As a new public company, we are adding additional resources to a growing FP&A team. You will be focused on short-term and long term financial planning of the business along with supporting business leaders by providing operational reporting, developing and updating financial models, and producing detailed financial analyses. You will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

About the team: The FP&A team is the primary budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting function within GoHealth. The team is comprised of thoughtful and creative finance leaders that work cross-functionally with the business to identify and analyze past trends, provide real-time operational and financial insights, and help shape forward looking strategic objectives of the business.

What you'll do:

• You will partner with leaders throughout the organization to understand all aspects of GoHealth's business and provide financial leadership through reporting and analysis frameworks co-developed by finance and operations partners
• Design, maintain, and present historical and prospective financial models as tools to analyze and monitor business performance and assist operational leadership in driving towards business unit and enterprise level goals
• Manage the development of the annual operating plan and periodic reforecasting of assigned business units. Annual and periodic planning will include top to bottom financial modeling (P&L and cash flow)
• Drive internal process improvement across all FP&A functions

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus)
• 6+ years of financial management experience in similar roles at growing companies
• Expert financial modeling and analysis skills
• Expert level proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PPT applications
• Relationship builder who knows how to identify opportunities and risks and can facilitate solution development
• Excellent ability to present and explain complex information to diverse audiences including senior executives
• Investment banking, public accounting, or management consulting experience is a plus
