Responsibilities:
- Learn the ins and outs of Frontier Fiber Optics and its wide range of offerings to effectively promote and sell to potential customers.
- Understand and guide consumers through the enrollment process of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), ensuring they qualify and benefit from the program.
- Receive comprehensive training on phone and tablet products, allowing you to demonstrate their features and benefits to customers confidently.
- Participate in management training to develop your leadership skills and become an integral part of our expanding team.
- Conduct hands-on training for your team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them succeed.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve sales goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
- Run events for campaigns, organizing and coordinating activities to maximize customer engagement and lead generation.
- Capitalize on the opportunity to open new offices as Frontier Fiber Optics expands its reach across the nation.
- Enjoy higher commissions, team overrides, and weekly & monthly quota bonuses as you exceed sales targets.
