We are quickly growing Property Management Company out of Scarborough, ME looking for a Manager, Property Maintenance and Remodeling.
We are looking for an individual that has a positive attitude, great communication skills and problem solving skills.
Primary responsibilities include, and are not limited to, general repairs on properties, responding to tenant maintenance requests, carpentry, light plumbing, basic electric, communicating with subcontractors and ensuring heating systems work appropriately
This is a Full Time position, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 35/hours a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
