The Manager of Sales Operations will support Sales and help to address a growing need for analytics, modeling, and forecasting strength. This position will produce insightful analysis to support fact-based decision making. By understanding business KPI's and drivers and forecasting financial implications of decisions, this role will provide strategic counsel and leader-facing support, while enhancing key partnerships. Responsibilities include analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions to remove barriers for the sales and account management teams. Communicating opportunities to internal stakeholders and providing recommendations based on knowledge of customers and competitors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales and Account Management teams to meet sales and service level targets
- Analyze and report sales data to senior leadership and markets
- Face to face and telephonic participation in business planning and sales meetings and activities with Health Plans and Leadership teams
- Build relationships with leaders within the Health Plans, regional VP’s, sales communication teams, Inside Sales Leadership, Pricing and Underwriting leadership
- Responsible for managing sales initiative requests from the markets and working in collaboration with Operations to vet out and prioritize as appropriate
- Continually improving our market position and innovation through collaboration and prioritization of solutions through product development, sales strategies and tactics and value-added programs.
- Plan and Execute communication strategy for Health Plans and brokers for new programs and initiatives
- Manage and work with Account Management team to drive sales, consistency between markets including best practices

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of professional experience directly supporting a sales and growth organization
- 5+ years of direct-to-consumer sales or distribution experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Advanced understanding of the internal processes and systems supporting Insurance Solutions sales
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives
- Demonstrated success in a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting goals
